Receive SMS Text Message Response Notifications

Receive a summary of responses from each SMS message sent.

Note: If you do not have 2-Way SMS enabled, contact Support.

  • From the Dashboard menu in the top navigation bar click My Dashboard.
  • Click the SMS Preferences tab.
  • Check the box next to Notify me when SMS responses are received.
  • Enter a Notification Email in the field provided. (Leave this blank to use your top priority email contact.)
  • Click the Update SMS Preferences button to save. A summary of the responses will be received within 60 to 90 minutes from the time the message was sent.
