Enhancements

Implementation of Spam Detection: This update provides enhanced spam detection with new keyword and pattern rules.

  • Expands keyword and pattern detection to identify:

    • Repeated characters and excessive capitalization

    • Promotional language and financial terms

    • Multiple URLs and urgency-based phrasing

  • Adds high-risk phishing keyword detection (e.g., major financial institutions) with contextual warning messages to enhance fraud prevention and content safety

Password Securely Hashed: This update ensures passwords are securely hashed when creating new users in MyCast and Mobile Experience.

  • Improved credential handling to prevent storage or transmission of plaintext passwords during user provisioning.

Add Custom Phone Number - This update allows for custom phone numbers to be created in both MyCast and Mobile Experience.

  • Ensured all phone numbers, including custom phone numbers, are consistently supported and displayed across both Legacy and Mobile Experience.
  • Improves data parity to maintain accurate contact information across systems.

Fixes

HTML Preview in Mobile Experience: This update provides accurate billing, simplified logs, and a true single-message experience for long SMS.

  • Enabled HTML Preview to function correctly within the Mobile Experience.
  • Improved rendering and compatibility to ensure preview loads reliably across ME pages.

HTML Showing on Email Alerts After Sent: This update resolves the issue with email alerts are showing the HTML within the emails after being sent to the users.

  • Resolves an issue where sent email alerts displayed raw HTML or code instead of formatted content.

  • Improved email content sanitization and rendering to ensure messages are delivered as formatted text across all devices and browsers.

Primary Email Not Auto Established for Users: This update allows for the user's primary email to be auto established when creating or importing users.

  • Resolved the issue where newly added or imported user emails were not consistently set as the primary email across Cast and Mobile Experience.
  • Prevents issues with temporary password links and reduces risk to alert delivery workflows.
