Set Up Text-to-Speech Voice Preferences

Below is how you can change and set your text-to-speech (TTS) voice preferences in the dashboard. This is used to send a voice message using a system-generated voice.

• From the Dashboard menu in the top navigation bar click My Dashboard.
• Click the Voice Preferences tab.
• Select a voice for both English and Spanish from the Add a Voice dropdown menu and click Play Sample.
  • The Voice Options include:
    • Joan (default) - female (no accent)
    • Kate - female (Midwestern)
    • Paul - male
    • Bridget - female (U.K. pronunciation)
    • Violet - female (Spanish)
• Select a voice for both English and Spanish from the Add a Voice dropdown menu and click the Add Voice button to add the voice selection. The selected voice(s) will read the message to the recipients.
• To delete your selection(s) click the red Delete button on the far right and click OK when prompted to confirm.
