Review Users that have Opted-Out of Receiving Emails

To view users that have opted-out of receiving emails, follow the below steps.

  • From the Admin Reports menu in the top navigation bar click Email Opt Outs.
  • The Email Opt Out Report includes the email address, User Name, Unique ID and Date the user Opted out.
  • Click the Export button located at the top left of the screen, to create a spreadsheet containing the information listed on the screen.
