To view users that have opted-out of receiving emails, follow the below steps.
- From the Admin Reports menu in the top navigation bar click Email Opt Outs.
- The Email Opt Out Report includes the email address, User Name, Unique ID and Date the user Opted out.
- Click the Export button located at the top left of the screen, to create a spreadsheet containing the information listed on the screen.
