Calendar Feature Overview

The Calendar provides a centralized, date-based view of all messages you have sent or scheduled within the system. It functions as a planning and tracking tool, allowing you to monitor communication activity, review past performance, and manage upcoming scheduled messages.

Accessing the Calendar

After logging in, you can access the Calendar in one of the following ways:

  • From the Send Message page (default landing page after login).
  • From the Messages menu in the top navigation bar, select Calendar.

Once opened, the Calendar displays messages according to their scheduled or sent date.

How the Calendar Works

The Calendar automatically logs:

  • Sent Messages – Messages that have already been delivered.
  • Scheduled Messages – Messages set to be delivered at a future date and time.

Each message appears on the date it was sent or is scheduled to send.

This layout allows you to:

  • View overall communication volume by date.
  • Identify overlapping or high-volume send days.
  • Plan future messaging more strategically.
  • Quickly locate specific past or upcoming messages.

Viewing Past Messages

To review a previously sent message:

  • Click on the message listed on its corresponding date.
  • You will be redirected to the Message Results page.
  • From there, you can view delivery statistics and performance data.

Managing Scheduled Messages

  • To modify a message scheduled for a future date:
  • Click on the scheduled message in the Calendar.
  • You will be taken to the message editing page.
  • Make any necessary updates.
  • Click the Schedule Alert button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.

The updated message will remain on the Calendar under its scheduled send date.

Best Practices for Utilizing the Calendar

  • Review the Calendar regularly to avoid sending too many messages on the same day.
  • Use it to confirm all scheduled communications before high-priority events.
  • Monitor past sends to evaluate timing and frequency patterns.

The Calendar serves as both a historical archive and a forward-planning tool, helping you maintain organized and effective communication.
