Edit User Phone Preferences

Edit an individual user’s phone preferences in cases where users prefer to receive messages through one contact method over another. For example, a user may provide a cell phone number but request that they only receive text messages without receiving voice messages.

To edit a user's phone preference, follow these steps:

  • From the Users menu in the top navigation bar click View Users.
  • Use the Search by Field: search box to locate your user (e.g. by Last Name).
  • Once you’ve located the user click on the Dashboard icon located to the right of their name represented by the person with the blue shirt and green arrow.
  • To edit the information, click the Pencil button.
  • Select Yes or No from each of the dropdown menus in the Text Msg and Voice columns and click the Disk button to save.
