IVR System: How to Use

The Interactive Voice Response (IVR) phone system equips your team with the ability to launch voice messages from anywhere in the world by using any mobile or landline phone. Simply dial the toll-free phone number, follow the prompts to record your message and send to everyone in your system or limit it to specific groups.

Below are the steps to using the IVR system:

1. Dial the IVR phone number (above)
2. Enter your Phone Code and press # (pound)
3. Enter your Phone Pin and press # (pound)
4. Record your message and press # (pound)
5. Press # (pound) to confirm your message
6. Select your recipients:
   • ALL Contacts: Press * (star) and then # (pound)
   • SELECT GROUP: Enter GROUP ID and press # (pound)
7. Select the escalation level:
   • Emergency: Press 1
   • Non-Emergency: Press 2
8. Your message will be sent to the selected recipients
