Receive Alert Reports via Email

Evaluate the success rate of your sent messages without logging into the Solution to check results.

  • After logging in you will arrive at the Send Message page. From the Account menu in the top navigation bar, click Account Details.
  • Click the Edit Account Details button at the bottom of the screen.
  • Locate the Email Results To field. Enter an email address and start receiving an "Alert Results" email between 30 and 120 minutes after the message was sent. (NOTE: All results are instantly available for review by navigating to messages in the top navigation bar and clicking Past messages. Find the message you would like to review then click the hyperlinked number under View Results to see the report.)
  • Click the Update button at the bottom of the screen to save.
