Your Account Caller ID Numbers are used when an administrator sends out a voice or text to speech (TTS) call. This is the phone number that will appear as the calling number to your users. You have the option to have two types of Caller ID Numbers: one as your main phone number and the other as your emergency phone number. The emergency ID number will only be used when you have selected to send an emergency message.
- After logging in you will arrive at the Send Message page. From the Account menu in the top navigation bar, click Account Details.
- Click the Edit Account Details button at the bottom of the screen.
- Locate the Caller ID fields and edit your information.
- Click the Update button at the bottom of the screen to save.
