Restore Deleted Users

Even after deletion, no user is permanently removed from the system while your messaging account is active. Deleted users are simply hidden from view and can be restored at any time.

Restore a Single User

1. In the top navigation bar, click Users.

2. Select Restore Users.

3. On the Restore Deleted Users screen, review the list of deleted users, including the deletion date and the person who deleted them.

4. Find the user you want to restore and click the Pencil icon in the Activate column.

5. Click OK to confirm.

Restore Multiple Users

1. In the top navigation bar, click Users.

2. Select Restore Users.

3. On the Restore Deleted Users screen, check the box next to each user you want to restore.

4. Scroll to the bottom and click Restore All Checked Users.

5. Click OK to confirm.
