Identify and Edit Invalid Contact Information

Identify and edit invalid contact information—phone numbers and/or email address—which triggered an error when the system imported your users.

  • After logging in you will arrive at the Send Message page. From the Admin Reports menu in the top navigation bar click Invalid Contacts. Any Contacts with which there is a problem will be listed along with the Dashboard icon, First/Last Name, Contact Type, Phone/Email and the Code.
    • If you do not have correct information for one or more of the Contacts and/or you would like to remove the Contact(s) with invalid information, simply check the box next to each Contacts' name, and scroll to the bottom of the screen, and click the Remove Contacts button.
    • To edit the Contact's information, click the Dashboard icon represented by the person with the blue shirt and green arrow.
      • Click the Pencil button under the Edit column. Update the information and click the Disk button in the lower left of the screen to save.
