Export your communication reports to organize or sort through your messages in a spreadsheet form to quickly search for keywords in messages or get an overview of how many messages were sent on specific days.
- After logging in you will arrive at the Send Message page. From the Admin Reports menu in the top navigation bar click Communication Report.
- Select a specific Start and End date range for your messages.
- Next select an option to refine the search from All Communications, Text Messages Communications or Email Messages Communications.
- Click Go to view a complete and comprehensive list of messages sent by your organization.
- Click Export to create a spreadsheet version of the report that will automatically download to your computer, which you can search through to find the information you’re looking for.
