Your message balance is used primarily to see if you need to purchase more messages for your account. It is included at the top of every Email, SMS and Voice message before the message is sent. The Yellow Bar shows how many messages the message will use and how many are currently available.
Note: For current plans, messages are valid for one month or for twelve months depending on your term. For legacy plans, unused messages remain valid for a period of twelve months.
- After logging in you will arrive at the Send Message page. From the Account menu in the top navigation bar, click Account Details.
- Scroll down towards the bottom of the page.
- On the right column, you will see your current Call Plan, along with the cost, overage rate, and number of messages purchased monthly and/or annually.
- Below the Call Plan, you will see Usage Balance and a number.
- That number is your balance.
