Create a Group Using a Past Email Alert

Create a new email group from a list of recipients who responded to a previous email.

  • From the messages menu in the top navigation bar click Past messages.
  • From the list of messages, locate the email from which the new group will be created, and view the results of the email by clicking the hyperlinked number in parentheses next to the green and blue People icon in the View Results column.
  • To select the users for the new group, select Clicked Thru or Opened from the Status dropdown menu, and click Create Group.
  • The screen will refresh, and the new group's name will display next to Group Created under the Subject of the email used to create the group in the upper left of the screen.
  • To view the group, click the hyperlinked group name. Or send the group a new message by clicking the Send Message link next to the new group's name.
