Usage Summary & Usage Balance

To review your usage totals for messages sent during a specific date range follow the instructions below:

1. Log into your cast account via your web browser
2. Go to Account > Account Summary. An Adobe Flash Player pop up will appear. Click "Cancel" until the pop-up disappears. You may need to click it several times.
3. Enter in a date range of your choice. (Ex: 01/01/2023 - 12/31/2023)
4. Click Filter

You can also see your usage balances by going to Account > Account Details page on the bottom right hand side.

This will show you all total messages sent as well as those messages broken down by message types sent in the specific date range you have chosen.
