Message Results in the Mobile Experience

 

Note: Message results are not available in the Mobile Experience. To view full message results, log in to your Cast Dashboard.

 

Usage Summary

See your available balance of SMS and Voice messages for your current term (monthly or annually).

To view in the Mobile Experience:

  1. Log in to the Mobile Experience.

  2. Your remaining balance is displayed at the top of the Dashboard and Message pages.

 

Communications Report

View all communications (Email, Voice, SMS) sent within a date range and export the results.

  1. Log in to the Cast Dashboard.

  2. From the side navigation, click Admin Reports.

  3. Select Communication Report.

  4. Set your Start and End date range.

    • Optional: Set a specific time range.

  5. Choose a communication type:

    • All Communications

    • Text Message Communications

    • Email Message Communications

  6. The report will refresh automatically.

  7. To export the results, click Export.

    • A CSV file will download to your computer.

 

Recent Activity Report

See recently added or updated users, or last login activity within a date range.

  1. Log in to the Cast Dashboard.

  2. From the side navigation, click Admin Reports.

  3. Select Recent Activity.

  4. Set your Start and End date range.

    • Optional: Set a specific time range.

  5. Choose a filter:

    • Added and Updated

    • Added Users

    • Updated Contacts

    • Last Login

  6. To export results, click Export at the top.

 

Invalid Contact Report

Identify invalid phone numbers or email addresses that caused an error during user import.

  1. Log in to the Cast Dashboard.

  2. From the side navigation, click Admin Reports.

  3. Select Invalid Contacts.

  4. Review the list of contacts showing:

    • First and Last Name

    • Contact Type

    • Contact Method

    • Error Code

  5. To remove invalid contacts:

    • Check the box next to each contact.

    • Click Remove Contacts at the top.

 

Opt-Out Report

See all users who have opted out of email or SMS messages.

  1. Log in to the Cast Dashboard.

  2. From the side navigation, click Admin Reports.

  3. Select Opt-Out Report.

  4. Review the list showing:

    • Type (Text, Email)

    • Method

    • Date Opted Out

  5. Use the search bar to quickly find a user.

  6. To export results, click Export at the top.
