How to Create a Phone Code and Phone PIN
To set up a Phone Code and Phone PIN for the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system, follow these steps:
Phone Code and Phone PIN Setup
- The Phone Code must be at least 6 digits, all numerical. It is suggested to use a phone number to make it easier to remember.
- The Phone PIN must also be at least 6 digits, all numerical. It is suggested to use a birthdate or a set of numbers that you can easily remember.
How to Locate or Create Phone Code and Phone PIN
- From the Users menu in the top navigation bar, click View Users.
- Use the search box to locate the user (e.g., by Last Name).
- Click the Edit icon (person with blue shirt and pencil).
- Locate the Phone Code and Phone PIN under the Phone Code column.
- To set or update these, enter the desired numeric codes following the guidelines above.
