Summary of High Ground Solutions Short Codes
High Ground Solutions utilizes the following SMS short codes for Cast system messaging programs:
- 22383
- 34166
- 25922
If you no longer wish to receive text alerts from any of these programs, you may opt out at any time by following the instructions below.
What Does It Mean to Opt-Out?
Opting out removes your phone number from receiving future automated SMS communications from a specific short code.
When you text STOP to a short code:
- Your mobile number is automatically placed on that program’s opt-out list.
- You will no longer receive recurring or automated messages from that short code.
- The system logs your request to maintain carrier and regulatory compliance.
Opting out applies only to the short code to which you send STOP. If you are subscribed to multiple programs, you must opt out from each separately.
How to Opt-Out by Short Code
You may opt out at any time using one of the methods below.
Method 1: Text STOP
- Open your messaging app.
- Create a new message addressed to your organization's short codes (either: 22383, 34166, 25922).
- Type: STOP
- Press Send.
Method 2: Reply Directly
- Open a previously received MyCast message.
- Reply with: STOP
Once processed, you should receive a confirmation indicating that your number has been successfully opted out.
Important Additional Step
In addition to texting STOP, it is strongly recommended that you:
- Contact your organization directly.
- Request that your phone number be removed from their internal notification database.
This ensures your number is not re-added during future database updates or user imports.
Additional Notes
- Opt-out requests are processed per short code.
- If you are enrolled in multiple messaging programs, you must opt out from each one individually.
- Standard carrier message and data rates may apply when sending STOP.
- If you opt out by mistake, you may rejoin by texting the applicable opt-in keyword (such as START or RESUME) to the short code again.
These opt-out procedures ensure compliance while giving you full control over your SMS communication preferences.
If you are unsure who the organization is please e-mail support@highgroundsolutions.com with the phone number and/or e-mail address where you received the message and we will be happy to look it up for you in our system.
