View Users

The View Users page is a powerful tool that allows you to search for specific people by a variety of criteria. From here, you can also navigate directly to edit a user’s profile.

Access the View Users Page

1. In the top navigation bar, click Users.

2. Select View Users from the dropdown menu.

Search Users by Field

1. Locate the Sort by Field dropdown menu at the top of the page.

2. Select one of the following:

• • Last Name (default A–Z sort)

  • ID

  • Recently Added

3. Click Go to search by your selected criteria.

Search by User Specific Field

1. Locate the Search by Field dropdown menu.

2. Select one of the following search options:

   • Last Name

   • First Name

   • Middle Name

   • Username

   • Phone Code

   • Unique ID

   • Zip Code

   • Phone Number

   • Email

3. Enter the search term in the text box to the right.

4. Click Go to search by your selected criteria.

Search Users by Level of Access

1. Locate the Search by Level dropdown menu.

2. Select the desired user level.

3. Click Go to view matching users.

Search Users by Group

1. Locate the Search by Group dropdown menu.

2. Select the desired group name.

3. Click Go to view users in that group.

Search Users by Criteria

1. Locate the Search by Criteria dropdown menu.

2. Choose one of the following:

   • None

   • Never Logged In

   • No Email

   • No Cell number

   • No Phone number

   • No Phone number or Email

   • Only One Phone number

   • Has a Phone number

   • Do Not Delete on Import

   • Has Alert Permissions

   • Opted Out of Text Messages

3. Click Go to view matching users.
