If you are on a monthly call plan, you can manage your message-based plan in your dashboard. You can update your plan at any time. As a reminder, your monthly plan change will take effect on your schedule billing date unless you contact High Ground Solutions.
- After logging in you will arrive at the Send Message page. From the Account menu in the top navigation bar, click Manage Plan.
- One the left side, you will see the current account plan you have. On the right side, you will see the new account plan if you choose to change your plan.
- Below the current account information is the Billing Cycle.
- You can change between six Monthly plans for messages.
- NOTE: If you would like to change to subscription plan from Monthly to Annual, please contact High Ground Solutions for any questions.
- Once you have chosen your plan, click Save Plan.
- Please note, the plan change takes effect on your next bill date unless you contact the billing team for immediate change in bill dates.
- You can change between six Monthly plans for messages.
To view your current message balance, go to Account > Account Details or view this help article.
