You can delete a single user or multiple users at the same time in the Cast system.
Delete a Single User

From the Users menu in the top navigation bar, click View Users.

Locate the user you want to remove by searching with any of these filters:

Field
-
Level
-
Group
-
Criteria
-

Click the red Delete button on the far right of the user’s row.
Delete Multiple Users

From the Users menu in the top navigation bar, click View Users.

Locate the users you want to remove by searching with any of these filters:

Field
-
Level
-
Group
-
Criteria
-
-
Check the box next to each user you want to delete.

To select all users currently shown, click Select All at the top or bottom of the checkbox column.

Scroll to the bottom of the page.

From the dropdown menu, select Delete Users from System.

Click the Delete button.

In the confirmation pop-up, click OK to complete the deletion.
As long as your messaging account is active, a deleted user(s) can easily be restored. To see how to restore deleted users, click HERE for the help article.
