Log In
To access your Mobile Experience:
On your computer, mobile phone, or tablet, go to https://messaging.highgroundsolutions.com.
Enter your Username and Password.
Click Log In.
You will be taken directly to My Dashboard.
Note: For quick access on mobile, you can save the site as a home screen icon. See: How to Save as a Mobile Icon (iOS & Android).
Dashboard Overview
Your dashboard displays your profile information, groups, permissions, recent messages, and the number of available messages.
From My Dashboard, you can:
View available messages – displayed at the top of the page.
Update your profile picture – click your image (or placeholder) to upload a new one.
View your permissions – your user role appears in the permissions section.

Edit your email address:
Click the edit icon next to your email.
Add a language preference for email communications (90+ languages via Google Translate).
Click Save.

Edit your phone numbers:
Click the edit icon next to a number.

Select a language preference for:
Text-to-Speech voice calls (English, French, Spanish, Italian, German)
Text messages (90+ languages)
Choose whether this number can receive text messages and/or voice calls.
Click Save.
Update your address – click the edit icon, make changes, and click Save.
View your five most recent messages – sent and received.
View your groups – click a group name to see members. If you are an admin, you can view member details or go to the Group page.
Add a New User
To add a user:
From the top navigation, click People.
Click + Add at the top of the page.

Enter the required information:
First Name
Last Name
User Type (Level 1, 2, or 3 – see User Types)
Email Address
Username (must be unique; system will verify)
Password
Click Next.

(Optional) Add contact details:
Address
Email
Phone Number
(Optional) Add the user to at least one group.
Click Add User.
Confirm the addition.
